This belly dance curriculum is for you if you:
- Are a new or “returning” belly dance student – you’ll get a workout, but it’s deep core muscles, (usually) not a cardio class,
- Want to develop your sensuality, grace, poise, and overall body connection, and
- Want to do a body-art that lets you express yourself emotionally, integrate your energy flow with your physical movement, and cultivate your own inner goddess!
Classes are taught by Alay’na who has been studying belly dance since 1984, and has been teaching since 1991.
